Quality Filtering#18

I feel like a good quality network like this could benefit from having a quality filter in which you can separate ‘high-level’ discussion and ‘low-level discussion’ or ‘entry level’ versus ‘advanced level’.

I tend to see with these groups, you get a lot of noise and quality begins to dminish. This turns away smart people or high quality people from the community. If there was a way to sift through the noise.

You could use measurements such as:

• Originality
• Innovative (business model, technology, thinking)
• Knowledge indication on industry/idea

These are just a couple of ideas here. I tend to see ideas bunched up, where many people will have the same idea. It would be a good feedback indicator to these people how well their idea measures up to the competition.

Even better, these measurements could be determined by ‘kernal’ users when they vote for the idea. Instead of the normal they just choose the four options of building, investing, etc… they could also rank the idea of a variety of scales.
