This might be pie in the sky idea, but alongside investor interest, or kernal for fundraising.

Perhaps create a fund with investors who are involved on the platform. Give opportunities to members to submit proposals or if said user reaches ‘x’ amount of votes, they can qualify for funding, but its on a case by case basis.

I would add that this feature could also be at particular discretion of investors on the platform. Maybe something where they could create specific types of funds.
