Non-standard comments section under "Progress & Activity"#50

1. Please keep all the comments expanded by default, or
2. Please use some third party tool like Disqus (or anything like that) to manage the comments section.
3. Also, it makes no sense that I am redirected to a separate page to view the comments.
   Right now, they all get hidden and therefore terribly de-prioritized.
